The us of illegal or unprescribed drugs is against the 5th Commandment. It is against this commandment because it harms your body and can cause death. In this comic, the man buys drugs, does them, and than overdoses, which causes his death. But overdosing and dying isn't what makes the use of drugs against this commandment. It's the fact that you are harming the body that God gave you. He created you in his image and when you do drugs, you are ruining God's Body as well as your own.
